Anest Iwata Motherson Pvt. Ltd (AIM)

Anest Iwata Motherson is a joint venture between Anest Iwata Corp, Japan and Motherson Group, India. AIM manufactures and sells Anest Iwata brand industrial air compressors in India offering “Quadra Edge Technology” oil lubricated reciprocating compressors (0.5 to 30 hp) having unique design features, that give it best-in class energy efficiency and oil consumption and “Critical Maintenance Free Technology” oil free reciprocating compressors (0.5 hp to 30 hp) having patented composite resin made piston.

AIM markets in India the world‘s first oil free type scroll air compressor from Anest Iwata. AIM has an extensive sales, spares and service network all over India with dealers and service centers in all major cities of the country. Testing facilities have been imported from Japan and ensure that all Safety, Quality and Durability parameters set by AIJ are adhered to.

AIM has an extensive sales, spares and service network with more than 70 dealers, distributors and service centres spread accross country.

Anest Iwata Corporation is specialized in design & manufacturing of Air Compressors, Painting Systems, Painting Equipment, Vacuum Pumps & associated products.

There are 36 companies affiliated to Anest Iwata Corporation. AIJ is the market leader in Japan for oil free compressors, with a 30% share of the total air compressor market. The company has focussed their R&D efforts in developing air cooled reciprocating and scroll industrial air compressors. The Company also holds 50% market share in scroll vacuum pumps.

Apart from air compressors, AIJ is also a market leader in Japan for providing turnkey painting systems. The company has a list of innovations and industry firsts in this field to its name. AIJ has developed painting robots with Mitsubishi Corp and have invented special HVLP guns that reduce paint consumption by 30%. AIJ has a 60% market share in Japan for Paint Spray Guns, and have provided turnkey painting solutions for JR Shinkasen (Bullet Train), Chinese Railway, Ford, Jaguar & Nissan.

Motherson Group
